Advisory & Workshops
Corporate Rust transition, agentic systems clinics and acquisition-grade technical due diligence — delivered to your engineers, on your codebase.
Every programme ends with your own team holding the work.
We run cohorts for engineering organisations that have already decided to move critical systems to Rust, or to put agentic systems into production, and need the people who will own that code afterwards to be their own. Sessions run against your repository rather than a teaching example, and the exercises are drawn from the problems your team is actually about to hit.
The same engineers perform technical due diligence for acquisitions and investments: reading the codebase, the dependency tree, the delivery pipeline and the operational history, then reporting in plain terms what is being acquired, what it will cost to run, and where the key-person risk sits.
We can help you with:
- Corporate Rust Transition — moving a team from C++, Go or Java: ownership and lifetimes, async runtimes, FFI boundaries, and the review habits that keep a memory-safe codebase memory-safe.
- Agentic Systems Clinic — designing, evaluating and operating agent systems: tool boundaries, failure modes, evaluation harnesses, and cost and latency budgets that survive production traffic.
- Technical Due Diligence — an acquisition-grade read of a codebase: architecture, dependencies, build and release pipeline, security posture, and the realistic cost of the next twelve months.
Cohorts run remotely or on site. Each one ships a written syllabus, the exercises, and the recordings. Request a cohort syllabus.
